Draft physiotherapy solution in brief

Fisioterapia is a regulated profession, but the current Madrid colegiación route reviewed by the project does not mirror the doctor branch. The academic stage is RD 889/2022 homologación using the Belarus title/transcript/authentication/translation chain. For Madrid colegiación, the current public checklist asks for the origin physiotherapy title and Spanish homologación and includes a sworn declaration that the applicant is not affected by legal incapacity and has no criminal record. It does not publish a separate Belarus professional-standing/no-disqualification certificate. The practical solution is therefore homologación → current Madrid checklist → declaration where the checklist uses a declaration, without inventing a Belarus “good standing” document.

1. Homologación

Fisioterapeuta is a regulated profession under the current RD 889/2022 / Valida-TE framework.

Core third-country academic route:

• identity/nationality;
• title or official proof of issuance;
• detailed academic certificate;
• authentication/apostille;
• official translation;
• language evidence;
• any other profession-specific requirement lawfully applicable.

2. Madrid colegiación

The current Colegio Profesional de Fisioterapeutas de la Comunidad de Madrid public checklist reviewed by the project requires, for foreign qualifications:

• origin-country physiotherapy title;
• Spanish homologación;
• ordinary identity/registration materials;
• application with the stated sworn declaration on legal incapacity/criminal record.
