Farmacia is another profession-specific branch. For a Belarus third-country title, start with RD 889/2022 homologación and the ordinary academic-document chain. In Madrid, professional exercise then adds the COFM/colegiación and, for pharmacy-office functions, Community of Madrid rules. Current sources reviewed in the project do not establish a universal Belarus criminal-record or professional-good-standing certificate in the basic pharmacy chain. Therefore the solution is homologación → Madrid professional/office role → only the documents actually required by that role, with no imported doctor-specific source requirement.

1. Academic recognition

Farmacéutico/a is a regulated profession under the current RD 889/2022 / Valida-TE framework.

Core evidence:

• identity/nationality;
• title or proof of issuance;
• detailed academic certificate;
• authentication/apostille;
• official translation;
• language evidence;
• where applicable, evidence of entitlement to practise in the issuing country.

2. Madrid professional layer

Madrid pharmacy practice adds a separate colegiación layer.

Community of Madrid rules for pharmacy-office roles require the relevant Pharmacy degree/recognised homologación and practising registration with the Colegio Oficial de Farmacéuticos de Madrid.

The exact role — titular, regente, sustituto, adjunto or other — must be identified before building the document list.
