Draft nursing solution in brief
Nursing follows its own branch. Do not import the doctor checklist. The Spanish academic stage is RD 889/2022 homologación for Enfermero/a: title/issuance evidence + detailed academic record + authentication/translation + language and other applicable requirements. After recognition, the territorial college/employer layer is separate. Current Madrid CODEM guidance reviewed in the project asks for the foreign nursing title and Spanish homologación/recognition plus ordinary registration materials; it does not publish the same origin-country three-month professional-standing certificate used in the doctor branch. Therefore Belarus source work should remain limited to documents the actual nursing procedure requests.

Primary project record: C40 — Belarusian nursing degree -> homologación / nursing practice in Spain
Enfermero/a is a regulated profession.
Core academic chain:
Belarus title/issuance → detailed academic certificate → authentication/apostille → official translation → Spanish homologación.
Use B1/B2 for missing academic evidence.
Professional practice follows a later territorial colegiación/employment layer.
For the current Madrid CODEM branch reviewed by the project, the public admission information does not state the same origin-country professional-standing certificate requirement identified for third-country doctors.
That difference must be preserved.
The main risk is over-documentation:
doctor requires document X → administrator assumes nurse also needs Belarus document X → new source barrier is created without a nursing legal/checklist basis.
Result: HOMOLOGACIÓN ROUTE PASS.
