Draft employment/professional-access solution in brief
Do not ask “which Belarus professional documents are needed?” until the Spanish receiving function is classified. Unregulated employment, homologación of a regulated profession, specialist recognition, colegiación and public-employment selection are different procedures. A Belarus diploma/transcript may be enough for an employer in an unregulated occupation, while a regulated profession requires RD 889/2022 homologación and may later add territorial college/employer evidence. Current project research confirms that professional-standing, criminal-record and disciplinary documents are not one universal package: medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, teaching and architecture differ. The solution is a staged file — employment function → academic recognition if legally required → profession-specific later requirements only if actually published/requested.

Formal homologación may not be required merely to work in the occupation. Employer evidence is governed by the actual job/contract and any other applicable rule.
Use the exact RD 889/2022 homologación branch and profession-specific academic conditions.
Separate from base-degree homologación where applicable.
A later professional-body layer with its own territorial/current checklist.
Separate selection conditions may add language, criminal/sexual-offence, inhabilitación or other current-fact requirements.
Where homologación is needed:
degree/issuance evidence → detailed academic certificate → authentication → official translation → language/other profession-specific evidence.
Do not replace an inaccessible transcript with a criminal record or good-standing certificate; they prove different facts.
